How much will I actually earn?
We finalise the commission tiers based on your profile and zone. Expect a per-validated-signup commission plus a recurring monthly trail per active customer. We go through the numbers at onboarding.
How much do I need to invest to start?
Zero. The reseller kit (flyers, brochures, badge, business card, personal link) is provided. You start earning from the first validated signup.
Is it exclusive? Can I keep selling MTN or Orange?
Not exclusive at all. Keep doing what you already do. We just want Mboalink in your portfolio, not replacing anything.
When do I get paid?
Mobile Money (MTN or Orange) on the 5th of each month for the previous month's validated signups.
What if the customer cancels or gets refunded?
If the cancellation happens before installation, the commission is cancelled. Once the customer is installed, the commission is permanently yours.
How long before you reply to my application?
We'll call you within 5 working days. If we say yes, you can be up and running in under 2 weeks.
