When will I be connected?
Bonamoussadi: Q2 2026 (live now). Other neighborhoods follow in Q3 and Q4 2026, then Yaoundé in 2027.
How do I pay?
MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, or bank transfer. Billed monthly. Cancel any time.
Is the fiber box included?
No. The fiber box (ONT) is paid once, at the reservation or at sign-up. You are told the amount before you pay, and the box is yours.
What if I change my mind?
30-day money-back guarantee after installation. No conditions. Return the hardware and we refund you in full.
What does "founder rate" mean?
The first 100 customers who pay before they are connected keep their monthly rate for the entire duration of their subscription, even if our public prices go up.
