Frequently asked questions
How fast can you connect us?
The lead time is written into the proposal. For a single company in a covered area it is counted in working days. For a building it is set floor by floor as the works progress.
What does the service level agreement cover?
Monthly availability, guaranteed bandwidth and time to repair, with written penalties if we fall short. The levels are set in the contract according to the offer you choose.
Who supplies and owns the equipment?
Mboalink supplies, funds and maintains the active equipment: fibre, switches, Wi-Fi, routers. The owner keeps ownership of the passive layer: ducts, risers and technical rooms.
How do you invoice?
One monthly invoice for the building or the company, VAT included, payable by bank transfer or Mobile Money. Tenants who take their own subscription are invoiced directly.
